Rates 2026 - Direct Booking
The rates will be those established on the web page. This price includes lodging and breakfast.
All rates include VAT
Accommodation with breakfast included:
Double room (2 persons):
105€ Low season
160€ High season
Extra bed: 15€ (upon request at the time of booking), extra beds can only be booked by phone or email at the time of booking.
Cot: 8€ (the cot can only be booked by phone or email at the time of booking).
Pets: Not allowed.
- High season: July, August, first fortnight of September and Easter Week.
- Low season: Rest of dates
Check-in and check-out time:
Check in time is from 16:30h to 22:30h, outside these hours contact by mobile or whastapp.
Check out time is from 7h to 12h.
Reception closes at 22:30h
The hotel Sucuevas will be closed from December 19 to January 13, although we will be available to take reservations.

Decree 143/2002, of November 14, on Rural Tourism Accommodations (Principality of Asturias) – BOPA December 2): At certain times, the reservation will be formalized with the payment of a deposit:
The establishment owner may require customers making a reservation to pay an advance on the price, which will be considered on account of the amount resulting from the services provided; this deposit may reach a maximum of 50% of the amount resulting from the number of places and days for which the reservation is made.
Cancellations
In Asturias good weather and bad weather does not exist, therefore it will not be a reason for cancellation.
High Season: July, August, first fortnight of September and Easter Week.
If you cancel up to 1 month before the arrival date: the hotel will not charge.
If you cancel after the deadline or if you do not show up, you will lose the deposit.
Low season: Rest of dates
If cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date: no charge will be made.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show: the deposit will be forfeited.
